The Cabinet
The Cabinet

Questions, answered.

What is The Cabinet?

An advisory firm for the owner who still runs the company. The Cabinet builds bespoke AI executives that run inside your company, pairing experienced business professionals with agentic AI on fully encrypted, private infrastructure. You appoint them. They report to you.

Who is it for?

Owners who still run the company they built, in the mid-market. The owner who has become the integrator and wants their hours back to lead.

What do you actually build?

Bespoke AI executives, seated as your Cabinet: a Chief of Staff to coordinate, and five officers across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Revenue and Strategy. Each runs inside your company, built for it alone. You appoint only the ones your bottleneck calls for.

Do you offer memberships or packages?

No packages. Every executive is bespoke, built for one company and appointed by one president. Memberships are coming. If you would like to learn about becoming a member, ask about our Founding Members program at contact@thecabinet.biz.

What does it cost?

Measure it against an executive hire, not a software license. The diagnosis sets the number. Most engagements come in at a fraction of one executive's first year.

How does it start?

A sixty-minute working session. No deck. We diagnose the bottleneck, and you leave with a written diagnosis whether you engage us or not.

Who is behind The Cabinet?

Edward J. Shehab, an operator with forty years in banking, private equity, and operating companies, and Oliver Stamatoski, an innovator with sixteen years in global automotive and engineering degrees from RWTH Aachen. The combination is the point.
